You can abscond and they can do nothing about it

Dislikes

There is only 1 person "Ankit Dangi" who is important in this organisation. Everyone else including the founder is his slave. No recognition for efforts, no compassion for other people. A company which claims to specialise in HRBP cannot even keep its own employees happy

Work pressure is high and the COO doesnt value the efforts their employees are putting. There is yelling, shouting and tourturing the employees mentally by the COO. No respect for female employees by the COO.
