Job Description:

We are looking for a Strategy Energy Consultant to join our Strategy & Consulting team. In this role, you will work with leading energy companies to help them navigate industry disruptions, improve operational efficiency, and develop strategic solutions to drive growth. You will leverage your deep understanding of the energy sector to deliver innovative strategies and solutions, focusing on sustainable energy transformation, operational excellence, and digitalization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise energy clients (including oil, gas, renewables, and utilities) on strategies for business growth, digital transformation, and sustainability.

- Develop and implement business strategies that align with industry trends, regulations, and technology innovations.

- Lead client engagements, providing strategic insights on operational efficiency, cost management, and risk mitigation.

- Analyze and assess energy markets, supply chains, regulatory landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that improve performance and drive organizational change.

- Guide clients through energy transition projects, focusing on renewable energy, decarbonization strategies, and grid modernization.

- Stay informed of the latest trends, policies, and technologies impacting the energy sector and integrate this knowledge into client strategies.

- Provide training, workshops, and mentorship to clients and junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on strategy development, transformation, or consulting.

- Strong understanding of global energy markets, energy transition, and regulatory frameworks.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact projects for energy clients.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Skills:

- MBA or advanced degree in Energy, Sustainability, or related field.

- Experience working on renewable energy, sustainability, or energy efficiency projects.

- Knowledge of industry-specific software or digital tools used in energy operations.

- Ability to think strategically and drive change in complex environments
