Byteridge - Senior Software Development Engineer - Test (7-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. SDET to spearhead our automation initiatives, enhance testing frameworks, and lead technical growth within the Quality Engineering (QE) team. This role offers an opportunity to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge test automation frameworks while mentoring team members and collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth CI/CD integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Automation Leadership : Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive test automation frameworks.

- Technical Mentorship : Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to junior Quality Engineers (QEs).

- Tool & Tech Evaluation : Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools, technologies, and best practices.

- Best Practices : Establish and enforce best practices for test automation development and maintenance.

Key Focus Areas :

- Test Automation Expertise : Specialize in test automation for complex workflows and integration tests.

- Cypress Expertise : 1+ year of hands-on experience with Cypress for automation of complex workflows and integration.

- Framework Enhancement : Improve existing test frameworks and develop tools/scripts for process automation.

- Team Growth : Mentor junior QEs, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.

- Location : WFH (Pan India)
