Senior Manager FP&A

Responsibilities:

• Conduct the month-end close tasks for Site and Support SG&A cost centers, including review, variance analysis, and reporting
• Lead the APAC SG&A team in developing and implementing comprehensive SG&A financial planning processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
• Analyze SG&A spending trends, identify key drivers of cost, and provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement cadence and processes within APAC region to ensure consistency and alignment with US Market guidelines
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate various scenarios, support strategic initiatives, and inform business decisions related to SG&A.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by providing relevant financial analysis and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Lead special projects and initiatives focused on optimizing SG&A expenses and enhancing financial performance.
• Mentor and develop the FP&A team, ensuring high performance and professional growth through effective coaching and training

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis, with strong emphasis on SG&A management
• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
• Experience managing and developing finance teams. Remote teams are a plus.
• Robust financial reporting, modeling and accounting knowledge.
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to all audience and functional leaders.
