RASHMI GROUP is a large industrial conglomerate with a major presence in West Bengal having steel manufacturing units with a capacity of 5MTPA, cement unit of 1 MTPA and captive power generation facilities. We also have presence in Odisha and Jharkhand and are pursuing big expansion plans in Mining of coal and other minerals and setting up of greenfield power plants of 2X800 MW units in Jharkhand and Odisha.
We are looking for experienced talent for the following positions for our greenfield power projects
1. Head Power Project – Mechanical / Electrical engineers with around 20 - 25 years of experience of leading power plant projects in the areas of design/engineering, planning, project development, project procurement, project management, project execution and project commissioning & ramp up.
2. Head Finance / CFO - Chartered Accountant with around 20 - 25 experience in the areas of project finance, capital planning, project appraisal & preparation of financial models, loan syndication through consortium of banks, fund raising through different routes (loans, bonds, GDR, QIP etc.), finalization of project contracts and loan documentation, risk management at project level including financial risk management, operational risk management through insurance, etc. Desirable experience in commercial negotiations with EPC contractors and experience of around 3 to 5 years in Thermal Power Industry. Experience in setting up systems and processes at Project Stage will be an added advantage.
3. Site Head Power Project – Mechanical / Electrical engineers with around 15 – 20 years of experience in power plant projects in the areas of engineering, planning, project management, site project execution, leading teams at project site with focus on project co-ordination/monitoring/progress review against milestones, erection and construction activities at site, site safety, managing manpower teams including contractor workers, site liaison and statutory compliances.
4. DGM/GM/Sr GM/AVP HR – PGD/ MBA HR with around 12 - 20 years of HRIR experience in the manufacturing / mining / thermal power plants in the areas of talent acquisition, talent development, PMS, implementation of HR best practices, introduction of HR interventions, ER and IR management, statutory compliances, dealing with contractor workers at sites. Should be able to lead small teams and function independently at sites. HRIR experience of minimum 5 years in the thermal power plant units is essential.
