Deputy General Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA (8-13 yrs)

We're hiring for the Position of Deputy General Manager - F&A for Delhi

Exp/Qualification - CA with the PQE of 8-13 years

Location: Delhi

Desired Skill Set: Fund Raising is must, Treasury, Working Capital, Term Loan, Investor Relations, Financial Modelling

Job Summary:

Banking: Raise term loans, working capital loans:

1) Raise Private equity funds

2) Hedging of foreign exchange transactions

3) Manage and oversee banking relationships, including cash management, account maintenance, and transactional activities.

4) Optimize the organization's capital structure and ensure efficient utilization of funds.

5) Negotiate terms and conditions for banking products such as loans, credit facilities, and treasury services.

6) Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational banking requirements.

7) Monitor and manage liquidity to meet operational needs and financial obligations.

Strategic Initiatives:

1) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and execute on growth strategies, mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.

2) Provide insights and recommendations on financial strategies, including investment opportunities.
