TS-P M&A Srvcs Senior Manager

The M&A Consulting Group is looking to hire a dynamic individual to drive growth and engagement delivery in its strategy & commercial deal diligence vertical with focus on Consumer & Retail industry. The individual must have an exposure to one or more sub verticals commercial due diligence/ value creation/ growth strategy/ market entry strategy/ portfolio strategy in top consulting companies.

The candidate would primarily be required to lead engagements closely working with clients across the group s focus services and support business development initiatives. The role would require ability to independently deal with clients on sectoral and assignment aspects and mentoring a team of consultants and analysts to deliver the assignments. The incumbent should be able to support business pitches and proposals as well as franchise building. Ability to develop and deliver high impact report and presentations and deal with senior client representatives is a must.

Additionally, the candidate would be required to participate in the following activities:

The team assists clients across the breadth of advisory activities including strategy for new businesses and inorganic/ organic growth, new market entry, business plan validation and feasibility studies, transactions due diligence, business and organizational reviews, operations assessment.
