Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Pricing & Promotions / Supply Chain
In this role you are the primary delivery lead and expected to have a deep Order to Cash, Trade Promotion, Pricing, and Supply Chain management domain knowledge and will be an individual contributor assisting on consulting projects as a subject matter expert. You are experienced in managing large sized teams, supervising, mentoring, and providing leadership development to managers and analysts. You demonstrate ownership of responsibilities, self-reliance, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to assist the team to perform efficient and accurate post audits of closed and written off deductions, identifying opportunities for recovery of invalid deductions, which will contribute to the organization s revenue growth. You will be responsible for overseeing your teams daily activities and providing guidance to ensure efficient and accurate deduction resolution. You have excellent presentation abilities to demonstrate the teams performance, enhancing client relationships, and delivering valuable insights.

Responsibilities
Manage the teams daily activities to identify and convert new recovery opportunities through historical customer behaviors on invalid deductions following SOPs, deduction reason coding, and trends.
Provide guidance to the team to leverage appropriate advanced and sophisticated methods and approaches to cleanse, synthesize, visualize, and investigate data as appropriate to deliver analytical recommendations aligned with the business need.
Continually develop and train the team to establish a bench of knowledgeable resources for effective and efficient results.
Perform random Quality checks of Bill backs done by team.
Works closely with the team on a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
Consult to identify risks and opportunities that impact the performance of the business and convert them into analytical solutions and provide appropriate actionable insights.
Constantly communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to build a strong relationship that is essential for seamless delivery of services.
Effectively construct and tell a compelling and clear story around the value proposition.
Engage supervisor and client as required to resolve complex issues.
Special projects as needed, providing support, and collaborating with the senior management team.
Support the senior leadership team on client presentations and provide input on how to expand our scope.
Contribute to consulting projects as a subject matter expert, when required.
Pricing & Promotions:
Knowledgeable on the Price Change and Trade Promotions process to assist the team with validating deductions within timeline. Work with the team to be able to identify leakages at each stage in value chain and work with stakeholders to correct.

Supply Chain:
Knowledgeable on Order Management, Logistics, and other non-trade deductions process to assist the team with validating deductions within timeline. Work with the team to be able to identify invalid deductions by reviewing discrepancies with Bill of Lading (BOL) and Proof of Delivery (POD) from multiple customers warehouses and carriers.

Minimum Qualifications
B Tech/ M Tech or Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar field.
Relevant years of experience in Order to Cash and AR domain.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pricing & Promotions:
In depth knowledge of Trade Promotions, Pricing, Invoice to Cash processes - Collections, Cash applications in CPG, Health Care, or food industry.

Supply Chain:
In-depth knowledge of all non-trade deductions such as shortages, damaged deliveries, Invoice errors etc., and Invoice to Cash processes - Collections, Cash applications in CPG, Health Care, or food industry.

Desirable Skills:
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP)
Hands on experience in Python, Power BI/ Tableau, and SQL will be an added advantage.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Supply Chain Management or Order to Cash will be an added advantage.
