1. Preparation of ABPs (Annual) for the Supply Chain
2. Preparation and analysis of Monthly MIS
a. Preparation and analysis of COGS and COPs
b. Preparation and analysis of Freight and Warehouse Expenses
c. Monitoring and control of label registration expenses
d. Analyze and explain the variances vs the ABPs and PY
e. Track Key KPIs
3. Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly forecasts
a. Preparation of forecasted financials. Avoid surprises by predicting red flags on business performance
4. Conducting monthly reviews with Supply Chain teams to discuss various MIS, Scorecards, identifying issues and corresponding actions plans
5. Business Partnering - Ensuring the Finance team works along with the Supply Chain Head and Team on all financial aspects
a. Including and not limited to regular analysis of various platforms available
b. Building key business insights for the team to action on
c. Strategic sourcing and financing options
6. Working Capital Management
a. Closely monitoring DIO and DPO of the company and raising red flags if any
b. Work closely with supply chain to forecast the DIO and DPO considering the S&OP plans for M1 (Fixed) and M2 - M3 (Floating)
c. Drive actions to control inventory
d. Comparisons with ABP/Forecasts and identify reasons for variance; Aligning actions plans to address the gaps
e. Ensuring accuracy and adherence to vendor payment terms
f. Monthly and Weekly cash flow planning
7. Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
8. Support in S&OP process for B9
9. Work closely with the Controllership team to ensure accurate financial reporting including regular Monthly Financial closures
10. Support in ERP Upgradation and integration
11. Review of Contracts and agreements
12. Annual Financial closures
13. Audits & Controls
a. Setting up and improving processes and controls fit for the purpose
b. Handling Internal controls for the division/company
c. Support in Statutory Audit for the division/company
d. Support in Due Diligence exercises for the division/company
14. Other Adhoc requirements which may come up from time to time.
