Senior Manager - Finance || FP&A

Act as a primary FPA contact responsible for managing forecast process including monthly/quarterly updates and annual/strategic plans. Follow business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence by ensuring consistency in financial reporting across categories and work on key financial projects that drive value.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner closely with controlling team and other functional stakeholders to understand closing month actuals, ensure latest actuals are basis forecasting/planning assumptions
• Prepare and be accountable for management reporting packs (including variance analysis) with risks and opportunities for respective verticals/divisions
• Responsible for planning exercises (Strategy plan as well as yearly budgets) for all line of businesses
• Responsible for operational deliveries such as standard reports, ad hoc data and query requests and other transactional support on budgeting and forecasting activities
• Initiates and designs continuous improvements initiatives to drive performance across the organization
• Ability to communicate analysis in a clear, succinct and persuasive manner
• Strong technical skills/agility with a variety of systems
• Demonstrated strong financial, operational and business acumen; strong achievement and results orientation

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL SET

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Minimum 4 years Post Qualification - financial planning analysis experience with a Big 4/Statutory Audit background
• Strong team player who manages collaboratively with all stakeholders
• Strong influencing and communication skills
• Ability to manage tight deadlines
• Familiarity with balance sheet concepts
• Strong excel and analytical skills
