Degree in Mechanical engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
10+ years in the management of projects in the Thermal Power plant.
Project Management Certification would be an asset
- Project Planning & Control System.
- Project Schedule Preparation (L3, L4 Level) & Monitoring.
- Maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Manpower planning and Material planning.
- Organising Kick of meeting & weekly/Monthly progress meeting with contractors and preparing Minutes of Meeting
- Preparation of MIS Reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) & Exception reports.
- Preparing & Monitoring project Costing & Estimation & Preparation of cash flow statement.
- Sub-Contractor Billing checks.
- Coordinating with consultants, engineering & Cross functional departments.
