Designation: Packaged App Development Sr Manager

Qualifications:Any Graduation

What would you do?

Gather and qualify requirements from business users and clients for F&A product implementation. Ensure acceptance criteria and arrive at a solution blue print.

Commit to solution cost and schedule and obtain stake holder buy in.

Deliver to plan and ensure & monitor client service deliverables to attain contractual service levels and compliance

Manage the project financial to ensure the cost vs. recovery is aligned

Oversee customer escalation management and ensure timely resolution and share the voice of the customer to other stakeholders

Create, maintain and utilize delivery and sales assets that are relevant to demonstrate thought leadership, and/ or reduce delivery effort and timelines.The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent AutomationIn Technology Innovation, you will be working on the scientific field of innovation studies which serves to explain the nature and rate of technological change. You will have to understand new products, processes and significant technological changes of products and processes.

What are we looking for?

Overall 15+ years of experience

Good exposure in F&A domains e.g. P2P, O2C and R2R

Significant and varied technology implementation experience in F&A landscape for large clients

Experience in implementation of third party products like Tradeshift, Blackline, Cadency, HighRadius working closely with vendor would be highly desirable

Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues

Ability to work independently to plan and execute the implementation by working with client, operation team and vendor.

Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different levels of the organization (both internal and external)

Excellent communication, presentation and highly refined interpersonal skills.

Driven to make customers successful, regardless of challenges or obstacles

Understands business processes and the interaction with IT systems/ERP NA

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility

The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives

Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility

Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters

Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments

Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility

Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
