Role & responsibilities:
- Preparation of Standalone Financials, Cash Flow Statement, preferably in IRDAI format for GI companies
- Review of Accounts (Variance analysis, ledger scrutiny) including Fixed Asset
- Knowledge of Related Party reporting as per Ind AS and Companies Act
- Reporting to Parent Company/external stake holders
- Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Closing activities
- Well Versed with Indian Accounting Standards
- Knowledge of Ind AS will be added advantage
