Job Description

1. Resource Planning and Allocation:
- Develop and implement resource planning strategies to meet the demands of various training programs.
- Allocate trainers, facilities, and materials efficiently to ensure smooth operation of training sessions.

2. IT Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily IT operations to ensure seamless functioning of training sessions.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Ensure all systems and processes are up to date and running smoothly.

3. Batch Management:
- Coordinate the launch of new training batches, including scheduling and logistics.
- Monitor and track batch progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during batch execution.

4. Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for procurement of necessary resources and equipment.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including trainers, trainees, and corporate partners.

5. Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards of training delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and feedback sessions to continuously improve training programs.

6.Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate and analyze reports on resource utilization, batch performance, and operational efficiency.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize resource management.

7. Budget Management:
- Manage budgets related to resource allocation, IT operations, and batch launches.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.

8. Finding Training Resources:
- Identify and recruit IT training resources who meet the specific needs of clients.
- Ensure that recruited trainers fit within budget constraints while maintaining high quality standards.
- Evaluate and onboard new trainers, ensuring they align with the companys training methodologies and client requirements.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT resource management, preferably in an IT training environment.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and operations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the IT training industry is a plus.
