Key Responsibilities:

• Bench Management: Oversee the effective utilization and deployment of bench resources, minimizing idle time and maximizing productivity.
• Capacity Planning: Conduct thorough capacity planning to align resources with current and future project demands, ensuring balanced workload distribution.
• Demand Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end process of fulfilling resource requests, ensuring timely allocation to meet project deadlines.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze resource data and prepare reports on utilization, forecasting, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with project managers, HR, and department heads to address resource-related inquiries and issues, maintaining strong internal relationships.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in resource management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 +years of experience in resource management, with a focus on bench management, capacity planning, and demand fulfillment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in resource management tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and good to know Power BI
