Job Summary:

The Front Office Executive is the face of our company, responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our clients, visitors, and staff. This role involves managing the reception area, handling inquiries, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reception Management:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
2. Administrative Support:
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Perform data entry and update records, databases, and employee information.

1. Communication:
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, clients, and visitors.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
• Relay information promptly to the relevant departments.
