Senior Executive- Partner channel

The Senior Executive Partner Channel will support the Manager in managing partner relationships, ensuring partner compliance, and contributing to the smooth execution of operational tasks. The role involves interacting with channel partners, maintaining accurate records, and identifying areas of improvement in partner performance.

This role is responsible for day-to-day coordination with channel partners, supporting partner compliance efforts, and assisting in implementing operational and process improvements to enhance partner performance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Coordination

• Act as the point of contact for day-to-day interactions with channel partners.
• Ensure that all partner queries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Provide clear guidelines and updates on operational processes, compliance requirements, and service expectations.

Operational Support

• Maintain accurate records of partner transactions, performance metrics, and compliance documents.
• Assist the Manager in reviewing partner performance reports and identifying areas for improvement.
• Monitor adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure consistent delivery standards.

Process Improvement

• Contribute to process enhancement initiatives aimed at improving partner performance and operational efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks or recurring issues in partner operations and propose actionable solutions.
• Provide feedback on operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Support the Manager in conducting regular audits of partner compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Ensure that all partners are following standard operating procedures and maintain quality standards.
• Assist in rolling out compliance training and updates to channel partners as needed.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with internal teams such as operations, customer service, and finance to ensure smooth partner interactions.
• Generate regular reports on partner performance and provide updates to the Manager.
• Maintain clear communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Technical Skills & Competencies

Core Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data reporting tools, and CRM platforms.
• Basic understanding of logistics operations and channel partner structures.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and quality assurance processes.
