Senior Associate - SAP FICO -SAP- Advisory

Not Applicable SAP Senior Associate A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximize the
value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human
capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple
SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology
enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile,
analytics and cloud solutions.

• Lead and manage SAP FICO implementations and upgrades on the SAP HANA platform.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design and configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, etc.) to meet business requirements.
• Conduct system testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure highquality deliverables.
• Provide expertise in SAP HANA functionalities and capabilities, advising on best practices and optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and thirdparty systems.
• Provide training and support to endusers and other team members.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO processes and configurations.

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• SAP FICO implementation and support.
• Proven experience with SAP HANA, including at least [X] full lifecycle implementation(s).
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and management accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in SAP FICO modules and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• SAP certification in FICO and/or HANA is a plus.

• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile project management.
• Experience with data migration tools and techniques in SAP environments.
