Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science & Engineering
- Relevant certifications in Networking, Linux, Database and Cloud will be given preferences.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, customer service, and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in networking, cyber security, computer, printer, server management, data security and surveillance system maintenance.
- Experience in ERP support in a manufacturing company is highly preferable.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.), security systems, and IT devices.
- Ability to manage multiple troubleshooting at the same time and capability to work independently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install and configure users computer systems hardware, printers and networking devices, and ensure their seamless integration into the network.
- Configure and maintain Linux and Windows server operating systems, storage solutions, software applications, and hardware components, and manage backup & recovery processes.
- Respond promptly to IT support requests from employees, assisting via phone, email, chat, or on-site visit to resolve issues related to software, hardware, network, or security.
- Maintain and update the IT inventory, diagrams, documentation, and records, ensuring compliance with company IT policies and standards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on effectively and securely using IT systems and applications.
- Monitor and maintain Servers, ERP software, and mail servers, and conduct regular network monitoring to ensure efficient operation throughout the company.
- Resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN, wireless, and other cloud-based systems, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity and data access.
- Ensure the security of computer and server systems, including Access Control, IP cameras, to safeguard company assets and information.
- Ensure smooth communication through TNT, IP Phone, Mobile Network, Fiber Connection and PABX systems, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, IP Camera and VPNs for optimal performance.
- Manage Windows or Linux operating systems for AD, DNS, DHCP and FTP, Share File server etc.
- Monitoring and maintaining ERP Software Systems, resolving user issues, and giving training to users.
- Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical staff.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
