A leading industry player with a legacy of excellence is looking for a Capability Assessment Leader to drive talent assessment strategies across the organization. This is a pivotal role that will shape the capability assessment framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement functional and behavioral competency frameworks for various roles and levels.
2. Design and deploy assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate cognitive, behavioral, and functional competencies.
3. Conduct training & refreshers for functional managers and assessors on evaluation techniques.
4. Ensure effective capability assessment for external hiring, internal career progression, and succession planning.
5. Build and manage an internal assessment team for capability evaluations.
6. Provide capability insights to business and talent management teams for strategic talent decisions.
7. Establish a repository of standardized and customized assessment tools for talent movement.
8. Collaborate with key external vendors to enhance the assessment process.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Postgraduate in Management, Psychology, or Organizational Development with 15+ years of experience in capability assessments.
- Background in consulting or internal HR talent management with robust assessment expertise.
- Strong analytical skills, critical reasoning, and a drive for excellence.
