Roles and Responsibilities
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Design and deliver comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute innovative direct sales training programs that has direct impact on sales generation.
- Create and execute leadership development programs to build managerial and leadership capabilities at all levels, enhance employee capability, and develop strategies for succession planning.
- Curate and implement e-learning platforms and blended learning solutions for upskilling employees.
Organizational Development (OD):
- Develop and implement organizational development interventions to improve team effectiveness and drive change management initiatives to support business transformation and culture-building.
- Conduct organizational diagnostics and create strategies for addressing key improvement areas and partner with business leaders to design and execute initiatives for and career pathing.
Talent Management:
- Build and execute talent management frameworks, including workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Design and implement high-potential (HiPo) identification and development programs to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.
- Lead initiatives for internal talent mobility and career progression, ensuring retention of top talent.
Strategic Partnering:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align L&OD and talent management initiatives with the company's vision, values, and business strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on organizational design and talent strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 20-25 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on L&OD, talent management, designing & implementing enterprise-level L&D strategies and leadership development.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing learning, development, and talent strategies in a mid-to-large-scale organization, preferably in the hospitality, service, or related industries.
- Certifications in L&D, OD, or coaching will be preferred.
Skills & Competencies required:
- Ability to design and execute L&D initiatives that align with MHRIL's business goals and future workforce needs.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire teams and collaborate with senior management to drive organizational learning.
- Deep understanding of the direct sales and hospitality industry, with knowledge of customer-centric skills development.
- Proficiency in leveraging modern learning tools, technologies, and methodologies to create impactful programs.
- Analytical mindset to assess learning effectiveness and ensure ROI on L&D initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and facilitation.
