E-commerce Manager - Amazon US Business (Relevant Exp is a MUST)

Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and grow brand's presence on Amazon US.

- The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, strategize for growth, optimize listings, and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the Amazon platform.

- This role demands a deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, an analytical mindset, and a passion for the cosmetics industry.

- Oversee the end-to-end operations of the Amazon US business, ensuring seamless execution of strategies.

- Manage Seller Central (or Vendor Central) activities, including inventory, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment.

- Monitor account health, compliance, and performance metrics to maintain a positive seller reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize product listings, ads, and pricing on Amazon US.

- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.

- Develop and execute strategies to improve rankings and drive revenue.

- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring availability.

- Stay updated on Amazon policies and marketplace trends.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing Amazon marketplaces.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and tools.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Knowledge of the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus.
