Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute a robust B2B direct sales strategy aligned with the company's vision and revenue goals.
- Drive the expansion of market share by identifying new business opportunities and forming strategic partnerships in the PropTech sector.
- Lead the formulation of innovative sales initiatives to establish the organization as a market leader.
Team Leadership and Development
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Implement training programs to enhance team competencies and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Inspire and guide the team to exceed targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Revenue Growth and Relationship Management
- Deliver consistent revenue growth by building and nurturing long-term relationships with key B2B clients, including developers, brokers, and enterprise clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, propose tailored PropTech solutions, and provide value-driven services.
- Drive account-based sales strategies to maximize client retention and upsell opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with the product, marketing, and operations teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market needs.
- Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams to refine offerings and ensure competitiveness.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Establish and track key sales metrics, including revenue targets, pipeline health, and client acquisition/retention rates.
- Present regular sales performance reports to the leadership team, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Optimize sales processes using CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
Key Requirements
Experience:
- 15+ years in B2B direct sales, with at least 8 years in leadership roles involving team management and strategic sales planning.
- Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of B2b enterprise selling
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and lead large sales teams to achieve and surpass business goals.
- Client Management: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and enterprise clients.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve sales outcomes.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Education: MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
