Sr Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• General Accounting:
  
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Monitor daily transactions and verify entries into the accounting system.
• Financial Reporting:
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for external audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory standards.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze actual financial performance against budgeted figures and provide insights to management.
• Tax and Compliance:
  
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns, including VAT, sales tax, and other applicable taxes.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and accounting regulations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Team Collaboration:
  
• Work closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, and management, to support business decisions with financial data.
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of tasks..
