Sr Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Management:

• Oversee daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage general ledger entries, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
• Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable regularly.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Financial Reporting:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure financial reports are accurate, on time, and comply with accounting standards.
• Prepare and submit VAT/GST returns and ensure the company complies with tax regulations.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assist in budget preparation and tracking.
• Help forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow for better financial planning.

Compliance & Auditing:

• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and tax laws.
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and reports.

Team Coordination:

• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and resolve issues.

Expense Management:

• Review and manage company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and approval for reimbursements.

ERP & Accounting Software:

• Utilize accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, QuickBooks) for accurate bookkeeping and financial management.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate accounting processes through ERP systems.
