Accounts Executive

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements for Tax Audits and Statutory Audits, ensuring all financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards. The candidate must be proactive and comfortable with visiting client sites or departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Statements Preparation: Prepare and finalize financial statements for Tax and Statutory Audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain books of accounts on a daily basis, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
• Compliance Management: Manage GST, TDS, ESI, EPF, and Professional Tax filings and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Payroll Management: Handle payroll processing, including statutory deductions and compliance with labor regulations.
• Client Interaction: Visit client locations as required to gather necessary data, support audits, and maintain effective client relationships.
• Department Liaison: Coordinate with departments and government bodies to fulfill statutory obligations and resolve compliance-related issues.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ESI, EPF, and Professional Tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
