Practice Lead - Artificial Intelligence

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the AI strategy, roadmap, and vision for the organization.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions that incorporate embedded systems, devices, sensors, robotics, cloud, Enterprise applications and hardware.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities where AI can drive value and improve efficiency.

- Manage a team of data scientists, engineers, and developers to ensure successful delivery of projects.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, cloud technologies, applications, embedded systems, devices, and IoT to identify new opportunities for innovation.

- Develop partnerships with external vendors or research institutions to leverage their expertise in advancing our AI capabilities.

- Provide guidance and support in acquiring or developing AI tools, frameworks, and platforms.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.

- Deep understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, Gen AI, RPA, Expert system,s ,etc.

- Experience with working with business process automation-related solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and tactically.

- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
