Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase company revenue and market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Generating leads and introducing OctaBees to them.
• Following up and scheduling the demo.
• Providing a demo and explaining about our product and benefits.
• Negotiate and close business deals.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company and its offerings.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress to senior management.
• Payment collection and follow-up for the balance amount.
• Getting Customer Feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
