Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets to create high quality sales pipeline.

2. Client interaction for campaign reporting and progress.

3. Understand customer requirements, comprehend BOQs and identifying existing/ latent needs.

4. Pitch products and services to the customer as per the identified need

5. Generate referrals from various sources like existing customers, influencers, stakeholders etc.

6. Delegate tasks and set deadlines.

7. Any other duties and responsibilities, assigned by the company.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Must have prior experience in Lighting Industries/Building Industries Sales.
• At least 3 years-5 years experience in Handling Architect and other clients.
• Strong in communication, presentation and Negotiation skill High on relationship building skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Highly energetic and self-starter. Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.

Perks and benefits : Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month + incentives
