Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager in India to expand our reach, engage with potential clients, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client acquisition, and the immigration/job placement industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in India for Canadian immigration and job placement services.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends.
• Generate leads through networking, digital marketing, and strategic partnerships.
• Promote GlobifyHQ Canadas services to job aspirants, students, and professionals looking to migrate to Canada.
• Consult potential clients regarding immigration pathways, job prospects, and settlement options in Canada.
• Collaborate with the Canadian headquarters to align sales strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including seminars, webinars, and social media engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
• Work in Canada, Immigrate to Canada, Settle in Canada
• Good English
