Head - Operations & Supply Chain (8-15 yrs)

Scrabble is mandated to hire a Head of Operations & Supply Chain for a full- stack consumer food platform. The opportunity is going to be based out of Delhi.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution and efficiency.

- Build and manage a robust supply chain, optimizing inventory levels and minimizing costs.

- Drive exceptional customer experience through efficient order fulfillment and timely deliveries.

- Develop and implement strategies to scale the business while maintaining quality standards.

- Lead and mentor a high- performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

- Proven track record in scaling operations and supply chain functions in the food and beverage industry.

- 8+ years of relevant experience with exposure to the F&B/F&V sector.

- Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills.

- A passion for innovation and a drive to achieve results.
