Head - Supply Chain & Planning - Lubricant Business (15-18 yrs)

An MNC lubricant Company wishes to hire a seasoned Supply Chain - S&OP specialist to lead the function for its India operations.

- The role would encompass complete supply chain planning, logistics and customer management for all categories.

The incumbent would spearhead :

1. Demand/Supply Planning

2. Logistics and warehouse management.

3. Process Capability improvements and enhancement in productivity in warehouse operations /logistics apart from the other facets of Supply Chain operations.

This is a Senior Management role and the incumbent would be heading a team of Category Supply Chain planners.

We invite applications from BE, MBA with a minimum of 15 years experience.

- Having ample experience in Supply Chain and S&OP planning , must have handled the function at various junctures - including stints at manufacturing plants - handling raw and packaging material planning , regional offices and contract sites coordinating with multiple teams across geographies and functions.

The applicant should have had multiple stints in various domains of supply chain -

- Logistics & Customer service

- Warehouse operations

- Inventory planning

- Demand/Supply Planning

- He /she should have worked in leadership roles in FMCG /PAINTS/LUBRICANT companies having diverse product portfolio , large number of SKUs and complex logistics operations.
