Digital Marketing Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies (On-Page & Off-Page) to improve website rankings.
• Plan, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to optimize budget and conversions.
• Create and execute social media campaigns, including content ideation, budget planning, and scheduling.
• Conduct competitive research to build an effective social media strategy.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads & Bing Ads.
• Track and analyze the performance of social media and paid advertising campaigns.
• Handle social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
• Perform keyword research, A/B testing, and bid adjustments for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate various digital marketing initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations for campaign structuring, targeting, and creative strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with PPC campaigns, Google Analytics, and web analytics tools.
• Experience in paid social media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Strong analytical skills to optimize media budgets and campaign performance.
• Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and a results-driven approach to digital marketing.
