As we continue to grow, were looking for a driven PPC Manager to join our team and scale our paid advertising efforts across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Develop and manage Pay-Per-Click campaigns primarily on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and conversion, aligning with brand objectives.

Keyword Research & Bid Management

• Conduct comprehensive keyword analysis, monitor bids, and adjust strategies based on performance data.
• Identify growth opportunities, trends, and insights to optimize cost efficiency.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads dashboards, and Meta Business Suite.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.

Ad Copy & Creative Coordination

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad copy, visuals, and landing pages align with brand guidelines.
• Propose A/B tests on creatives and copy to continuously improve ad performance.

Budget Management

• Forecast monthly budgets, track spend daily, and ensure campaigns remain within approved limits.
• Proactively adjust strategies to maximize results within given budget constraints.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 25 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns for e-commerce or fashion brands.
• Tools: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and any relevant PPC/keyword research tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Performance-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding KPI targets (ROI, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
