UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with expertise in Figma, digital marketing creatives, and video content editing to bring our brand vision to life. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing compelling visuals across multiple digital touchpointsincluding our website, email campaigns, social media ads, and catalogues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website & UI/UX Design

• Create Figma-based website designs and mockups to enhance user experience and brand consistency.
• Work closely with the web development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

2. Email Marketing Design

• Design visually appealing email templates in Figma to be used for marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all email creatives are responsive and aligned with the brands aesthetic.

3. Digital Marketing Creatives

• Develop Meta & Google ad creatives (static and animated) optimized for performance and engagement.
• Create GIFs & motion graphics to enhance social media and digital marketing campaigns.

4. Catalogue & Promotional Material

• Design product catalogues, lookbooks, and marketing decks for online and offline promotions.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a premium look and feel.

5. Video & Reel Editing

• Edit short-form videos & reels for social media, focusing on storytelling and engagement.
• Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals and smooth transitions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Experience: 2-5 years in graphic design, digital marketing design, or a similar role.
✅ Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (for reel editing).
✅ Motion Graphics: Experience in creating GIFs & animated creatives for ads & social media.
✅ UI/UX Knowledge: Understanding of web & mobile-first design principles using Figma.
✅ Video Editing: Ability to edit short-form video content, especially Instagram Reels & Ads.
✅ Creativity & Detail-Oriented: Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout composition.
✅ Brand Storytelling: Ability to translate brand identity into compelling visual assets.
✅ Deadline-Driven: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
