Ui Ux Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our creative team and lead the design process for our products/Services. As a designer, you will drive the user experience from concept to execution, ensuring that our digital products are intuitive, engaging, and meet both user and business goals. You should be able to mentor junior designers, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute to strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

UI/UX Design:

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on user insights.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI patterns for consistency.

Graphic Design:

• Design compelling graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, and other branding initiatives.
• Create logos, infographics, banners, and promotional materials in line with the companys brand identity.
• Work on video editing and motion graphics (if applicable).
• Stay updated with design trends and tools to produce fresh, engaging visuals.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Experience: 2-5 years in UI/UX and graphic design roles.
• Tools: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and graphic design work.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and design systems.
• Ability to understand user behavior and translate it into intuitive interfaces.
