Job Summary: Marketing Manager will play a critical role in attracting and
enrolling students for JEE, NEET, Foundation, CUET, MVPP, CLAT, Commerce and ARTS and other preparatory courses. This role involves providing comprehensive counselling to prospective students and their parents. Increase the Franchise centers in All India.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Relationship with schools and correlation to our business goals and positive achievement of
the same by promotion of our schemes/Courses/tests and Tracking feedback of schools,
principals, etc.
2- Define strategy to achieve these targets as per set deadlines.
3- Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal
teams by organizing seminars in schools on a monthly basis.
4- Provide analysis for evaluating new business opportunities, collaborative research
generate and establish long term partnership ventures (School Integrated programs and Franchise centers.).
5-Develop draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions
6-Generate and Maintain the Business Development databases.
7 Support marketing activities, including trade/ exhibitions, shows, mailings, Tution Centers, Pole boards, Society, Out of Schools campaign, Board exams Jee Neet etc. These time responsibility takes extra times as well in season.
8. Create integrated and coordinated marketing campaigns & drive marketing initiatives in
line with Business objectives.
9. Work with sales, marketing and product teams to craft positioning for current products
10. Develop and maintain business relationships, including POS and branding support.
11. Develop and deploy business oriented marketing strategies
12. Design new offerings/ product lines based on current market needs, trends and
competition
13. Sensing the pulse of the industry and help Scholars attain prime mover advantage, where
ever possible.
14. Plan and position new products for maximum market capturing
• Find the ways to enter in the school for tests counseling and
school projects.
• Find the loop Holes of schools.
• To work on the various measures as advised by MD sir.
• Managing the central Market, Marketing of outside schools,
and other institutes admission tests.
• Meeting the principals. Chairmans or Owners of the school
• Meeting the Govt. officials like directorate of education, CBSE
head to launch the products in all schools.
• Work to increase the reach & Branding.
**Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a
related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational sales, or a related role,
preferably within the JEE/NEET coaching industry.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the JEE and NEET examination systems,
admission criteria, and preparatory processes.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and connect with students and parents.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
• Fluency in [relevant languages, e.g., English and Hindi].
• Conveyance is compulsory
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in educational counseling specifically related to JEE/NEET preparation.
• Familiarity with local and national educational trends and student preferences.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
Working Conditions:
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for information sessions and
admissions events.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
