We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing manager to join our team in the real estate sector, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track of success in marketing within the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

1.Strategy creation & Implementation- lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies form conceptualization to execution

2.Team Management -oversee a team responsible for lead generation and brand awareness initiatives

3.Social media Marketing-manage social media platforms to update website content, Scheduling, and monitoring

4.Generate innovative ideas to engage both current and prospective clints through social media channels

5.Drive brand awareness and position through strategic social media campaigns and interactions

6.Manage event logistics, including venue booking, catering, and invitations

Preferred candidate profile:

Experience in real estate sector only

Post Graduate/MBA Marketing

Strong relationship & team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
