Job Description: Admission Counselor
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process and support their journey into our programs.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students and parents, providing information about the institution’s programs, courses and admission procedures.
• Handle inquiries via calls, emails and walk-ins, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Assist applicants in completing admission forms and gathering required documentation.
• Maintain and update records of inquiries, applications and enrollments in the system.
• Schedule and conduct counseling sessions to address student queries and concerns.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Follow up with prospective students to encourage application completion and enrollment.
• Participate in admission events such as open houses, seminars and education fairs.
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the admission process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or a diploma in counseling or administration.
• 0–2 years of experience in admissions, counseling or a similar role in the education sector.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi.
• Friendly and professional demeanor to build rapport with prospective students and parents.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple applications efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using CRM or admissions software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
