Job Description: Front Office Executive
We are seeking a Front Office Executive to serve as the face of our organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and manage calendars for executives and team members as needed.
• Handle inquiries regarding the organization’s services and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining records, filing and data entry.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and facility management to ensure office upkeep.
• Monitor inventory and order office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support event coordination and other organizational activities when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or a relevant diploma in office management or administration.
• 0–2 years of experience in front office management or a customer service role.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi.
• Friendly and professional demeanor to create a positive first impression.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
