Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Development:
    • Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the modular kitchen and furniture industry.
    • Develop materials, presentations, and modules focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
  2. Team Training:
    • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team, including new hires and existing members.
    • Train employees on lead generation, customer relationship management, and closing sales.
  3. Performance Analysis:
    • Assess individual and team performance to identify training needs.
    • Analyze sales data to refine training strategies and improve results.
  4. Coaching and Mentoring:
    • Provide ongoing coaching to the sales team to enhance their communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  5. Product Expertise:
    • Ensure the sales team has in-depth knowledge of Ultrafreshs product portfolio, including modular kitchens, furniture, and related solutions.
    • Train on product differentiation to better communicate value to customers.
  6. Feedback and Reporting:
    • Collect feedback from trainees to improve training content and delivery.
    • Prepare reports on training outcomes and share insights with management.
  7. Industry Updates:
    • Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
    • Incorporate industry best practices into training programs.
  8. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales managers and marketing teams to align training with business objectives.
    • Coordinate with HR for onboarding and skill development initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the modular kitchen, furniture, or interior design industry.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in training tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
    • Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Preferred: Certification in Sales Training or Instructional Design.
