Job Description
1. Sales Planning: Prepare Sales Plan for Allocated Targets Defining Customers in the market and predicting their requirements Allocating targets by customers and activities . Preparing month wise target plan. Drive AMPS Plan / Initiatives.
2. Achieving Sales Targets: Regularly monitor sales / custom wise performance against Targets. Maintain forecast accuracy for OB & Sales month on month.
3. Drive ONE Schneider approach, Innovative offers and Ecostruxure solutions and saturate Partners.
4.Manage Partners in the territory, Drive distributor commercial plan & SD targets.
5. Customer Management: Define visit frequency for each customer based on sales plan Conduct regular meetings with OEMs to maintain relationship, resolve issues and motivate them to buy SEI Products Implement action plan on identified new opportunities to grow sales network
6. Promotional Activities: Organize Plant Visits / Technical Training / Factory visits , etc., for customers Ensure direct execution of Promotion Schemes designed by Marketing Team.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria: Diploma/Engineering Grad. In Electric Engineering. Has high level of technical skills in Industrial Automation Product Lin
