Deputy Manager - Area Sales, POS & CBSF

Responsible for Sales Distribution of SBI Credit cards through various POS and CoBrand Partner Ecosystem and from Open Market. People Management and Partner Engagement will be key responsibilities. Work under budgeted cost assigned responsible for overall Sales Operations of assigned Territory. Other Deliverables Include:

• Hiring Deployment of FOS in Partner Outlets to deliver the budgeted productivity.
  • Manage and control attrition.
  • Ensure regular Training for New Team Refresher Training for the existing team members
• Create More low cost - POS sourcing opportunities.
• Responsible for Backend operations team on fulfillment of Applications sourced from various Ecosystems.
• Need to operate the Business under assigned cost of acquisition.
• Deliver the Targets in given time frame.
• Managing Stakeholder relationship (Internal as well as external) to ensure seamless business.
• Ownership of End to End relationship of targets and overall Business Operations.

Graduate, Preferably MBA with 3-5 years of experience with excellent Written Verbal Communication Skills. People management skills with a proved track-record with at least a team of 30 people. Skills required on Planning Execution.
