Job Description
Post onboarding of 4 new PSA partners this will increase up to 2200+ Invoices with ~50K supporting on monthly basis.
Physical audits were run at PSAs head office where payrolling and other factors were validated post onboarding of new partners frequency were increased of outsource audits.
Monitoring all the SLAs related to Billing, Cost Process and payout for all PSA partners.
Ensure partners adhere the process, highlight GAPS if any and take corrective action to plug the gap.
Assisting in Preparing the Cost Trackers.
Detailed scrutinizing of Invoices with proper validation with SLA before Payout.
Ensuring all Salary payouts are compliant for around 35k+ NFTEs with Minimum Wages Act, the Net Take Home salary in FORCE 24 and other statutory requirements.
Initiating and following up recovery of financial leakage if any and SLA related penalty.
Ensuring recovery from PSA if status of an associate is Notice recovery in case of F&F.
Cross Checking of Incentive claimed by PSA in invoice with Incentive file prepared by VIC Team.
Maintaining monthly assets tracker for verifying the Depreciation cost and disposing the un-useful assets if any.
Ensuring BGC payment audit on every invoice and payment made as per the approvals.
Maintaining monthly active site tracker for verifying the cost claimed by PSAs for Infra expenditure.
Monthly sample scrutiny done on cleared invoices for ensuring team is adhering SLAs & policies while processing invoices.
Ensure correct categorization of Infra expenses and no "Infra Fixed" cost will be booked in "Infra Variable" category by PSA partners.
For running the complete show handling ~7 team members & hiring of new members and train them over the process.
Ensure no dual GST will be claimed by PSA partners while reimbursing the payouts.
Manage end to end internal audit process along with ADR TAT adherence if any and process enhancement if recommended.
Prepare PPTs as per the business requirements i.e. PSAs review, Function review etc
