IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with client hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases to identify and attract top talent.
• Screening and Shortlisting: Evaluate resumes and conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates meet the job criteria.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and client-specific guidelines.
• Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate periodic recruitment reports.
• Employer Branding Support: Promote the client's employer brand to attract top candidates.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in an RPO or agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices.
• Experience recruiting for specific industries (e.g., IT, healthcare, engineering, banking).
