US IT Recruiter

Experience Required: 0 to 4 Years
Work Location: Hyderabad, India
Shift Timings: Night Shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST)

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

2. Sourcing Talent:

• Leverage job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and other resources to source active and passive candidates.
• Build strong candidate relationships to ensure consistent engagement.

3. Client Coordination:

• Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Provide timely updates and ensure smooth communication.

4. Compliance:

• Ensure all candidates meet visa, EEO, and other compliance requirements.
• Handle background checks, references, and other pre-employment processes.

5. Market Research:

• Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies to align hiring strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a US IT Recruiter.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT technologies, terminologies, and roles.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tools Expertise: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
• Problem Solving: Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
