Java Backend Professional

We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development with Java, experience in building scalable applications, and a passion for writing clean and efficient code. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems that support the company's product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Java and related technologies.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Design and implement robust APIs and microservices for seamless data communication.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing backend systems.
• Ensure the security and data protection of backend systems.
• Participate in the design and architecture of new features and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve backend solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Java.
• Strong understanding of Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, or others.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
• Good understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Solid knowledge of unit testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
