An US IT Recruiter with over 2 years of experience , is expected to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT professionals targeting the US market. Key responsibilities and qualifications typically include:

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing IT professionals in the US.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with US-based clients to understand their staffing needs and provide qualified candidates promptly.
• Sourcing Strategies: Utilize various platforms, including job portals, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and manage communications throughout the hiring process.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US labor laws and maintain accurate documentation for each candidate.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in US IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of various IT technologies and roles to effectively match candidates with job requirements.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
• Knowledge of US Employment Practices: Familiarity with US visa classifications (e.g., H1B, OPT, EAD) and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
• Proficiency in Recruitment Tools: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
• Availability: Willingness to work in night shifts aligning with US time zones.
