Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals across the US market. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder) and ATS for talent acquisition.
• Implement Boolean search & X-ray search techniques for passive candidate sourcing.
• Handle different employment types, including W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future openings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
• Negotiate salary, benefits, and contract terms with candidates and clients.
• Ensure compliance with US work authorizations (H1B, Green Card, OPT, CPT, TN Visa, etc.) and labor laws.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and clients to enhance retention and referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment with a strong understanding of technical hiring.
• Proficiency in ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing industry, tax terms, and visa classifications.
