Job Summary

We are looking versatile & dynamic Executive/Senior Executive(s) for our organisation, as you will be the face of our organization, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. You will manage customer interactions, handle inquiries, product briefing and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, assisting them through their journey with our real estate offerings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement:
• Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Maintain a cordial relationship with clients, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
2. Lead Management:
• Assist the sales team by providing necessary client information and feedback.
• Follow up on client inquiries to ensure timely responses and support.
3. Sales Support:
• Brief potential clients about property projects, offerings, and features.
• Schedule property site visits and ensure a smooth experience for clients during these visits.
4. Administrative Support:
• Maintain client records and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for event planning, open houses, and promotional activities.
5. Conflict Resolution:
• Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring client satisfaction.
6. Event Coordination:
• Support in organizing customer engagement activities and events.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree; Science, Commerce, Arts, Hospitality, Business Administration or Diploma in Aviation.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• A customer/client/guest-centric approach and a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Attributes

• Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus) with pleasing personality (Preference given to female candidates)
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
